Start from the operation, not the product line.
A diamond grade is only right or wrong in the context of a process. Choose the sector closest to yours to see the problem we hear, the route we can coordinate and the inputs we need to quote.
01 / Sector routes
The same questions, different processes.
Pick a sector to see the buyer problem, the supply route we can coordinate and the brief that lets us quote.
Carbide & cutting tools
Sector 01 / 04You finish carbide inserts, drills or end mills, and the edge condition decides how the tool performs in service. The wrong grade or carrier shows up as edge damage or an inconsistent surface.
Grinding paste for edge finishing and lapping, or micron powder where you prepare your own suspension. We match the grade to the edge result you inspect, then confirm the batch documents the partner factory can supply.
Tool material and grade, the finishing operation, the edge or surface result you inspect, the carrier or machine, quantity and destination.
Precision machining, lapping & polishing
Sector 02 / 04Flatness, surface finish and repeatability across batches. When the finish drifts, the material or the carrier is usually the first thing to question. The answer has to hold up on the next run, not only on the sample.
Micron powder or paste, selected against your process and the finish you measure. A sample can be coordinated through the partner factory so the configuration is tested before a batch is committed.
Substrate, the finish target and measurement method, the process step, the product or grade you use now, and the order pattern you expect.
Technical ceramics & advanced materials
Sector 03 / 04Hard, brittle materials punish the wrong grade. Removal rate and surface damage trade off against each other, so the finishing step carries most of the risk.
Coarser powder for stock removal and lapping support, finer grades for finishing, or paste where a prepared compound suits the process. The configuration is confirmed with the partner factory.
Material, process stage, the damage tolerance of the part, the finish target, carrier compatibility and the documents you require.
General industrial finishing & distributor supply
Sector 04 / 04You need a repeatable, documented source for diamond abrasives, not a different supplier every quarter. Packaging and labels often matter as much as the material.
Repeat supply coordination through the same partner factory where the specification allows. Packaging, labelling and documents are specified per order and destination.
A stated requirement or datasheet, packaging and labelling requirements, destination, and the order pattern you expect.
01 Sector notes are general process guidance, not performance promises. Grade, carrier and documents are confirmed against the selected partner factory’s current datasheet and your process.
02 / Selection
A person reads the brief.
No automated matching, no catalogue filter. The brief is read, matched against partner capability and answered with a route.
Step 01
Send the brief
Operation, substrate, finish target and destination. A current grade or datasheet helps, but is not required to start.
Step 02
We match
We review the brief against the partner factories we work with and propose a configuration, not a catalogue entry.
Step 03
You confirm
Grade, tolerance, packaging and documents are confirmed at quotation, against the partner factory’s current datasheet.
Step 04
We coordinate
The same contact coordinates packaging, batch documents and dispatch through to your dock.
Next step
Tell us the operation. We’ll build the route.
Send the brief. The reply is a configuration and a document path, not a generic product link.
