Editorial · sources and review
Clear claims. Visible sources.
The site is written for buyers who need to understand the material, the supply route and what still has to be confirmed. This policy explains how that content is produced.

Independent supply-partner model
Xintai Superhard Materials is an independent supply partner. Manufacturing is performed by qualified partner factories. Content distinguishes Xintai’s coordination work from the manufacturing partner’s production, process control and material characterisation.
The site does not describe a Xintai-owned factory, production line, laboratory or warehouse, and does not present partner facilities as Xintai facilities.
How content is sourced
Product and process guidance is drawn from the stated buyer requirement, general technical knowledge and information available from manufacturing partners. Specific grades, tolerances, characterisation values, packaging and available documents are confirmed against the selected partner’s current datasheet or order records.
Where numeric product data has not been supplied and verified, the site uses qualitative language instead. Example configurations are labelled as examples and are not stock or performance commitments.
AI-assisted drafting and human review
AI tools may assist with drafting, structuring or translating content. Publication requires human review. Review covers technical meaning, unsupported claims, source notes, language consistency and whether examples or caveats are clear.
Content is published under the organisational name Xintai Technical Desk where an author or reviewer label is needed. Individual authors are not invented.

Review dates and corrections
Reviewed pages display a last-reviewed date. Technical and product content is revisited when source information or the supply route changes. A correction updates the relevant content and review record.
To report an error, email sales@xtdiamond.com with the page URL and the statement concerned. Supporting documentation is useful where available.
