Can I get a sample first?
Sample evaluation can be coordinated through the partner factory. Availability, quantity and any sample charge are confirmed before anything is arranged.
Can you make a custom grade or carrier?
Custom configurations are coordinated with the partner factory. Send the requirement and we will confirm what is possible, with grade and tolerance taken from the partner’s current datasheet.
What documents can come with the order?
The batch document set is coordinated case by case: current datasheet, batch record and packaging or labelling information where the partner supplies it. Third-party inspection can be coordinated when required.
Why don’t you publish prices or a minimum order?
Both depend on the grade, packaging and destination, and on the partner factory selected for the order. They are confirmed in the quotation.
How is the data on this site confirmed?
This site deliberately publishes no numeric grade, tolerance or characterisation values. Every such value is confirmed at quotation against the selected partner factory’s current datasheet.
