Xintai checks the final grade, quantity, customisation, packaging, documents and inspection requirements with the selected partner factory, then states the agreed timing at quotation or order confirmation; sample and production timing are separate, and any change requires renewed confirmation.

MOQ depends on the selected product, grade, customisation, packaging and manufacturing partner’s current order conditions, so Xintai does not publish a universal minimum. Send your estimated quantity and expected order pattern, and the quotation will state the applicable MOQ and whether it applies per grade, package, configuration or total order.

There is no fixed public sample quantity; the amount is agreed around your evaluation method, product form, packaging and the selected partner factory’s current sample options. Tell Xintai what you need to test and how the result will be judged, and availability, quantity, charges and dispatch conditions will be confirmed before anything is arranged.

There is no universal document pack for every order; Xintai coordinates the current product datasheet, available batch-related records and agreed packaging and dispatch paperwork with the selected manufacturing partner. Tell us which fields your procurement process requires, and document names, batch coverage, third-party inspection scope and delivery format will be confirmed at quotation before dispatch.

Packaging is specified per order rather than assigned from a universal pack list. Xintai coordinates the container, inner packaging, label content and shipping marks with the selected manufacturing partner based on product form, buyer requirements and destination; custom or private-label feasibility, final documents and dispatch details are confirmed at quotation.

Custom grade requests can be coordinated with a suitable manufacturing partner, but feasibility is not assumed. Describe the current product, process gap, required result and any carrier or documentation constraint, and Xintai will review the request through the supply route and confirm the proposed specification, sample path, packaging and commercial conditions before you order.
