Privacy notice.
This notice describes the information handled by this website’s enquiry form and basic server operation. It does not describe services this site does not use.

What the RFQ form collects
When you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, company, work email, country or region, application, product interest, grade or specification, estimated quantity, sample interest and message. It also records whether you consented to being contacted.
Technical fields used to limit automated abuse include a submission timestamp and an unused honeypot field. The server may also process network and browser information needed for security and request handling.
Why it is used
The information is used to read and respond to your request, match the requirement with a manufacturing partner, prepare a quotation, coordinate requested documents or samples, and protect the form from spam and abuse.
Retention
RFQ records are intended to be retained for up to 24 months. Operational retention may differ where an enquiry becomes part of an active order record or where deletion is not appropriate for unresolved requests. You can ask about your record using the contact address on this page.
Server logs
The web server may keep standard request logs, such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information and error details. These logs support security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
Cookies and sharing
This public website does not use advertising cookies. Information in an enquiry may be shared with relevant manufacturing or service partners when needed to assess or answer the request. It is not collected for advertising lists.
Access and correction
To ask what information you submitted, request a correction or raise a deletion question, email sales@xtdiamond.com. Include enough detail to identify the enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
